How Scalex Solutions collects, uses, and protects personal information for ScaleXDash and Wlek.

Effective date: July 27, 2026 · Scalex Solutions

Who we are

Scalex Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates ScaleXDash (the customer control plane) and Wlek (the service brand) at https://scalexsols.com and https://dash.scalexsols.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our websites, dashboard, checkout, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

For privacy questions or requests, email support@scalexsols.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information generated by your use of the Services, and information from payment and authentication partners.

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number (if provided), password or authentication credentials, and profile image if you add one.
  • Billing and subscriptions: plan selections, subscription status, payment history mirrored from our payment processor, and card metadata (for example last four digits, brand, and expiry) — not full card numbers.
  • Communications: messages you send us, support requests, and emails we send about account, billing, or service events.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser or device type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and session timestamps.
  • Provisioning records: operational notes and resource identifiers (for example URLs, zones, or store references) that we maintain to deliver and support your subscribed products.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Create and secure your account, authenticate you, and maintain sessions across our marketing and dashboard domains.
  • Process subscriptions and payments through our payment partner, send receipts and billing notices, and handle past-due or cancellation flows.
  • Provision, operate, and support the hosting and related products you subscribe to.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate about service status, security, or policy changes.
  • Improve reliability, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:

  • Payment processor (Whop): membership checkout, charges, payment methods, and related webhooks that keep your local billing records in sync.
  • Authentication providers (for example Google or GitHub) if you choose to sign in with them.
  • Email delivery providers that send verification, magic links, receipts, and billing notices.
  • Infrastructure and hosting vendors we use to run the application and, where applicable, to deliver subscribed products.
  • Professional advisors or authorities when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

Vendor platforms you subscribe through us (for example cloud, CDN, commerce, or CMS tooling) may process operational data needed to deliver those products. We provision those resources manually as part of the service you buy; they are not charged from this app on your behalf.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential authentication, security, and preferences. Session cookies allow you to stay signed in across our marketing and dashboard hosts when configured for shared domains. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.

Retention

We keep account, subscription, and payment records for as long as your account is active and as needed for billing, support, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. When you close an account, we delete or anonymize personal data that we no longer need, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records.

Security

We use industry-standard measures appropriate to a hosted SaaS product (including encrypted transport, access controls, and signed webhook verification for payment events). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please use a strong unique password and protect your credentials.

International transfers

We and our processors may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@scalexsols.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

If you are in California or another U.S. state with consumer privacy laws, you may also have rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” as those terms are defined by law. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

The Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice.
